Liemke Attachment Optics (Merlin 42)

The MERLIN-42 can be handheld and used as an attachment optic for day optics. The optics has an integrated compass, inclinometer. Power is supplied by standard 2xCR123 batteries or rechargeable batteries. The powerful VOx detector and the LCOS display in QVGA format (1,280×960 pixels) provide high-contrast and sharp images. The manually focusable 42 mm objective lens allows a detection range of up to 1,482 m. The built-in VOx detector allows 8x magnification of the daytime optics.
